Check text, dimensions, colours and finishes. Confirm the version that production should follow.
Agree inspection points, roll or pack requirements and shipping marks before the order moves forward.

ZHENXI PACKAGING is the trading and project-coordination brand operated by Nanjing Zhenxi Culture Media Co., Ltd. Manufacturing is carried out by our production partners. The factory featured here is Jia Hong / Ke Mei, with whom we maintain a close working relationship.
There is no single minimum across all products. Size, material, finishing, production method and the number of artwork versions affect the economical order quantity. Send your brief and we will confirm the options in your quotation.
Yes. Tell us whether you need an existing material sample, a printed proof or a custom structural sample. Availability, charges and timing are confirmed per project. Bulk production follows the agreed approval process.
Send the finished dimensions, quantity per design, application surface, use environment and finish. For machine-applied rolls, include core diameter, winding direction, maximum roll diameter and label gap.
These requirements need a defined reference and the correct material construction. We review your colour target, substrate, adhesive and use conditions, then agree the sample and any necessary testing. A product photograph alone is not a performance guarantee.
Identify the document, standard and destination-market requirement before ordering. We will check the relevant manufacturer, material and product documentation. A supplier’s certificate, where available and applicable, belongs to its named holder, not automatically to ZHENXI.
We coordinate the shipping approach with you and the production partner. Destination, shipment size, documentation and agreed trade terms determine the quotation. Freight, duties and taxes are included only when expressly stated.
